The Role This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at VivoCity. Job Responsibilties Providing mall concierge services. Attending to shoppers’ queries. Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes. Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers. Job Requirements Minimum GCE âN’ Level. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
