Are you a Hire Desk Controller or similar looking for a customer-facing role within a company that offers winch and hoist services to various industries? This company provides industry-standard training, progression opportunities, and a great work-life balance in a Monday to Friday role with 34 days holiday.
On offer is the exciting opportunity to join a growing winch specialist company that supplies into industries such as marine, oil and gas, construction, and utilities. This company is looking to expand and recruit new employees to improve its processes and grow; it is also the parent of three other companies, so there are lots of opportunities for progression.
In this varied role, you will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and be the first point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries. You will be responsible for creating accurate and competitive quotes for hire, ensuring the customer's needs are met promptly. You will also oversee logistics coordination, ensuring the efficient management of equipment delivery, collection, and allocation to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
