W e have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant Manager to join us and lead a team of customer service executives within our Savings division. What you will do As Customer Service Assistant Manager you will proactively support the growth of product knowledge within the Savings operational area, ensuring that the team are delivering exceptional service to the customers at all times. You will proactively keep abreast of key industry and regulatory changes with view of ensuring that our processes and procedures remain compliant and fit for purpose and make recommendations to operational management to improve business practice and service delivery. As an STB people leader you will support the team by sharing knowledge, experience and best practice, providing constructive feedback and delivering performance development activities for your people. You will manage attendance levels within your team, ensuring company procedures are applied and support recruitment activity to fill manpower gaps and liaise with relevant areas as required.
