We are looking for a Business Support Co-Ordinator to join our Transfer of Care team based in Maidstone.
If you have experience in administration, if you are innovative, able to work to deadlines, manage diaries and have excellent IT skills then this role would be ideal for you.
Our team supports hospitals with getting patients home to recover after a stay in hospital.
We are comprised of nurses, social workers and support staff. You will play a key role in supporting the service in an administrative capacity.
Main duties of the job
You will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of our service.
You'll act as a primary point of contact between managers and a facilitator between our service and stakeholders.
You'll need to be an excellent communicator, organised and pro-active in your approach. Strong IT skills will definitely be a must and a willingness to support your colleagues when needed.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 4 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
* NVQ Level 3 Business Support, team leader or other leadership/management experience

* Practical application of policies
Knowledge
* Evidence of ability and skill with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
* Understanding of National Health and social care policy regarding discharge from hospital
