The Role: Responding to Customer enquiries Advising the customers as to Approved Installers and Dealers Referring technical enquiries to the Tech team General support to customers Taking inbound customer service calls Following up enquiries Following up on samples sent to residential customers Managing of the ‘Enquires’ Inbox Following up Material Lists Inputting data Gathering and documenting key project information on a CRM What We’re Looking For: A polite, professional, and persistent telephone manner. A proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences. Experience with CRM systems and the ability to adapt to change. Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills.
