We’re looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager to join us in London As a Real Estate Asset Manager you assist senior members of the Liberty Global Real Estate team in forming and executing optimal asset management strategies for real estate assets across the Liberty Global group. Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous Real Estate Asset Management experience. What will you be doing? Assisting with generating and reviewing real estate strategies for each asset class Providing real estate due diligence on potential acquisitions, assignments and lettings Developing and maintaining data required to measure the performance of real estate assets and transactions Assisting with the negotiations on property acquisitions Updating real estate records on Excel and internal databases Collaborating with Liberty Global’s Operating Companies on ad hoc real estate matters including but not limited to rent reviews, office relocations and lease assignments General property management tasks including lease renewals, surrenders, dilapidations etc Creation of robust business cases and preparation of presentations to support real estate strategy recommendations We tend to look for people with: Chartered Surveyor, MRICS qualification (this is essential for the role) Previous Asset Management or Valuation experience Highly numerate and analytical Microsoft Office packages to an advanced level Excellent communicator who can build relationships Highly organised and detail oriented Self-motivated and a team player What’s in it for you?
