The Role

As Care Service Manager, you will oversee daily care operations across our Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster services, ensuring services meet individual needs and organisational goals. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will lead a team, manage resources, and uphold excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and respect.

Ensure services are flexible, reliable, and well-staffed.

Coordinate care workers, manage referrals, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Lead recruitment, training, and staff supervision while fostering strong communication.

Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and reviews.

Drive service growth and efficiency projects.

About You

You are a compassionate and proactive leader with:

NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a health and social care setting with one or more of the client groups supported by the organisation
