Inventory / Warehouse Technician
Role Overview:
The Inventory / Warehouse Technician will handle the processing, branding, and barcoding of new equipment, as well as perform other inventory-related tasks.
The Inventory / Warehouse Technician Key Responsibilities:
Unload and unpack new deliveries.
Count new stock and reconcile it with delivery paperwork, reporting discrepancies.
Clean new stock for branding/barcode application.
Place branding, barcodes, and RFID tags on equipment according to system specifications.
Engrave barcodes on equipment.
Accurately record serial numbers and input relevant inventory data.
Track and transfer equipment between locations, ensuring proper segregation of stock for shipments.
Safely load vehicles for stock transport.
Monitor consumable stock levels and alert when reordering is needed.
Learn inventory management systems (e.g., RT Pro) and processes.
Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory checks.
Support global colleagues with inventory processes when required.
The Inventory / Warehouse TechnicianAdditional Responsibilities:
Travel internationally at short notice to assist with new facility setup.
Train local teams on cleaning, branding, barcoding, and using the inventory system.
Assist team members with system-related queries and work efficiently with diverse colleagues.
The Inventory / Warehouse Technician Person Specification:

IT literate, able to learn in-house asset management systems.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledgeable about workplace safety and proactive in identifying hazards.
Flexible with working hours, including potential overtime and occasional weekends.
