Affluent encompasses the financial planning business, Quilter Financial Planning, the Quilter Investment Platform and Quilter Investors, the multi-asset investment solutions business.
High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management business, Quilter Cheviot, together with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning.

About the Role

At Quilter we put our customer at the heart of everything we do. Our two-year Early Careers programme in Customer Service is designed to provide insight into our full client journey from initial engagement to long term relationship management, optimising operational efficiency, and driving innovation. The two-year rotational programme provides hands on experience across customer experience. You will work with cross functional teams, gain insight into the full client lifecycle, and contribute to processes enhancing both advisor and client interactions. Upon successful completion of the programme, you may be offered a position within one of our teams.
* Customer Service Centre: The customer service centre aims to ensure we provide a seamless and efficient client experience by addressing client needs. Working to support customers and Advisers in a variety of queries, the customer service centre provides an opportunity to be at the frontline of support. You will receive a thorough onboarding ensuring you are equipped to provide advice and support accordingly.
* Complaints: Understanding our business and as our customers’ needs evolve, we are trained in how to show empathy in emotional or challenging situations, and to have resilience when dealing with difficult conversations.
* Customer Experience: Quilter is a business that wants to put the customer at the heart of everything we do, and the CX team play a critical role in that deliverable. The CX team are responsible for tracking the Voice of the Customer, and using this to support the business change agenda, alongside embedding and growing a customer centric culture.
* Adviser & Client Services: Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations across a wide range of specialist areas, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless client experience.
The role is based in our Southampton office, and there will be some opportunity to work from home.
About You
Our Two-year Early Careers programme is open to candidates with or without a degree. All we ask is that you complete any studies before September 2025, when this programme starts.
As part of the programme, we will support you in obtaining a qualification to support you within your role.

* You have excellent analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a curious mind.
* You are a team player, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
* You have clear and concise communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
* You are proactive, with a can-do attitude and eager to take on new challenges.
* You have a strong work ethic and want to grow your career.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
