Role Responsibilities: Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Assist students with their personal care. Encourage and support pupils to achieve their learning goals. Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals. What We Are Looking For: A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children and young people with SEND. Experience supporting children or adults with special needs OR experience working in a mainstream school setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students. Experience in an educational or care setting is desirable but not essential.
