We have vacancies for SEN teachers with experience who can teach SEN, PMLD-specific techniques and handle behaviour management in a caring manner. Education will take place in Croydon with immediate starts. As with all our roles, dedication is crucial and we expect ongoing commitment from our tutors. Key requirements:
* Ideal Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Capable of teaching Key Stage 3 Curriculum.
* SEN Teacher with at least 2 years’ experience teaching SEN children in UK
* Experience with PMLD, SEMH and a range of SEN/Ds
* A genuine passion for teaching
* Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills
* A caring and non-judgemental approach

Teacher Specification: The ideal SEN teacher will be dedicated to meeting the needs of students who are struggling with emotional, behavioural, and/ or learning challenges as well as social communication issues. You'll want to build an environment where learning is valued and children feel happy, excited, driven, and aspirational, ensuring that the environment you create for learning is encouraging and engaging. Regarding the Teaching Role: You will be dealing with challenging behaviours in this SEN Teacher role, so you must be resilient and adaptable in your teaching strategy. Providing a specific bespoke curriculum and repairing their connection to learning will help students advance toward becoming productive individuals and successfully completing the next stage of their educational journey.
