The young people in our service may have left foster care, care homes, experienced family breakdowns or may be seeking asylum, and require a robust support network around them to empower them to gain independence. Salary: £12.30p/h Hours : 37.5 Shifts : Mon-Fri to rota Role description: Assess clients needs and create a personalised plan of support. Empowering Young People, supporting with practical and emotional needs. Monitoring and recording progress and outcomes of clients. Completing risk assessments, managing risks, missing persons, challenging behaviour. Requirements / Experience: Enhanced DBS Child. Minimum of 6 months experience of working with Young People, Care leavers 16 to 24 years old in a residential setting, supported housing. Experience of dealing with missing persons and safeguarding. Experience Support clients to learn new skills, build positive relationships, and access the resources they need in order to move on independently.
