We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. As a Recruitment Consultant at Carlton Young, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in roles that align with their skills and aspirations. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build and nurture relationships will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
3. Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
4. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice and insights to clients and candidates.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
