Shift Pattern Below:
1. Long Days and Nights 12 hours.
These shifts allow you to develop great relationships with the people you support and work with.
The Job Role:
You will be expected to cover the whole of Bristol and surrounding areas, encouraging people to live as independently as possible. You will get the opportunity to develop new skills and be trained at the Bristol office as well as in the package.
Shift patterns that are easy to follow, with shifts provided 2 weeks in advance as a minimum. A meet and greet with the client will occur before you commence care shifts, along with access to further training and development within Health and Social Care, and ongoing support from the senior team.
What you need:
All we ask is that you have a positive outlook, enjoy working with people, and have a caring nature. Previous Support Worker experience is preferred, and you should be willing to learn new skills. A driving licence is required.
Pay: £12.60-£13.65 per hour
Schedule:
1. Day shift
2. Night shift
Experience:
1. Mental Health: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
1. Driving Licence (required)
