Customer Advisor / Logistics Advisor
Salary: £24,500
Location: Wickford / Chelmsford
Benefits: Plus quarterly bonus, free parking
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (office based), car driver required.
I am looking for someone with a positive personality who enjoys dealing with customers on the phone, solving queries, and building relationships.
The role involves updating and assisting customers with their deliveries in a busy logistics department. The role is based in newly refurbished offices with free parking.
You will work within a great team and have the support of a team supervisor.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and web queries.
* Provide ETAs.
* Work closely with the transport planners.
* Answer all incoming service calls.
* Respond to all customer emails.
* Manage and resolve all queries on the service log.
