Art Glass General Manager

At Pearsons Glass, they have a well-established customer base, and they want to expand their e-commerce B2C market. With over 120 years in business, they manufacture on-site in Liverpool, and our Art Glass team provide specialised glass to their customers online, on site and through great customer management.
You will manage all aspects of Art Glass, from the online presence through to operational service. They're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong background in e-commerce, supply chain management and strategic planning to achieve their future growth goals. Your key responsibilities will be:
1. Developing their online offering for sales growth and accessibility
2. Overseeing day to day operations, ensuring inventory, production and logistics deliver
3. Monitoring and managing KPIs
4. Leading your team according to the Art Glass values
5. Managing the marketing function to develop campaigns and analyse trends for opportunities
6. Report Art Glass performance at monthly management meetings, working alongside the finance team

You'll report directly to the Managing Director, Simon McKay and work closely with finance and HR as you lead the Art Glass team to greater success.
What's on offer for you:
Salary: £42,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: On site (L5 9RJ)
Bonus: Up to 10% based on agreed targets

What do we need?
1. 5 years + management/leadership in a relevant role
2. 2 years + experience in e-commerce
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities
5. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
6. In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
7. Experience in selling online through various marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
8. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
