Join our Commercial Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team in Nottingham.
Working as part of the commercial finance team, you will be accountable for providing insight and analysis to key stakeholders,
aiming to influence and drive decisions and actions that improve EBITDA.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?! We also offer Hybrid and
flexible working.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Ownership of weekly and monthly commercial reporting, providing timely and insightful information to key stakeholders within
the group
* Manage the promotional cycle, encompassing pre-promotion appraisal, price maintenance, system integrity and post-promotional
analysis
* Work alongside colleagues in the commercial finance team to prepare the annual budget
* Supporting the commercial team with the monthly volume re-forecast
* Management of both long- and short-term discount postings with robust balance sheet reconciliations
* Development of focussed brand and channel P&L reporting
* Be prepared to support the commercial team with various ad-hoc scenario modelling
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Have the ability to work in a growing fast paced environment
* Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Be a very focused individual with excellent organisation and time management skills
* Be able to build strong relationships through great communication and interpersonal skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* Possess commercial awareness and business acumen
* Have an inquisitive mind, willing to challenge and improve normal processes
* Working towards a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA preferable)
