We're on the lookout for an outstanding Level 1 Social Worker and three Superstar Level 2 Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care Hospital Team at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.

As a Hospital Social Worker, You'll:
* Work on our dynamic 7-day rota, with 1 in 4 weekends, planned at least 3 months in advance.
* Be embedded in a close-knit group alongside NHS staff and third-sector professionals.
* Work on the wards, learning from nurses, doctors, and therapists while making a direct impact.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide statutory professional social work as part of a team supporting adults with care and support needs.
* Demonstrate a commitment to strengths-based practice and skills in supporting people to identify and build support networks to achieve their identified outcomes.
* Be responsible for assessment, care and support planning, implementing, and reviewing packages of care and support on a varied and more complex caseload.
* Provide advice, support, and mentoring to other Adult Care practitioners in relation to their cases.
* Work with autonomy managing a caseload and demonstrate a multi-agency approach integrating your practice with colleagues across the health and care sector.
* Travel outside the county may be required.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Professional Social Work qualification (DIPSW, CQSW, CETSW, CSS, or BA Social Work) and registration with Social Work England.

Salary: £39,461 to £47,738 a year (£34,314 - £41,511 + 15% recruitment & retention payment)
