Paying a salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and efficiently. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Manage credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Handle sales and purchase ledger activities. Oversee stock control, ensuring accurate inventory records and reporting. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
