Job Details
The Manager of Rad Force, in partnership with the Directors and Shared Service Line Vice President, ensures appropriate resource allocation and deployment across the imaging region of staff within the Rad Force Program. This manager supports successful workforce management focused on concepts of forecasting, scheduling, and staffing that contribute to strategic workforce resource direction and successful daily operations of the centralized resource imaging staff. The manager is responsible for facilitating scheduling and staffing processes to operationalize the overall imaging region budget plan, concentrating on improving and adjusting based on continual analysis to ensure the delivery of safe quality care in a cost-effective manner.
Job Description
1. Education: Bachelor’s preferred; Graduate of an accredited school of imaging or Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN.
2. Experience: 5+ years of related experience; 2 years healthcare leadership experience.
3. Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements: ARRT, RDMS, or NMTCB required. Advanced Certifications Modality specific preferred (Examples: MRSO, RVT, PET, CT).
