Occupational Therapist - Development OpportunityYou will work with our clinical team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your specialism in working with neurodivergent children and young people who have experienced trauma.You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. You will undertake all aspects of Occupational Therapy clinical duties, adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carry out individual assessments and interventions, and prepare relevant documentation.This role offers the successful applicant a chance to work collaboratively with experienced Occupational Therapists, receive clinical supervision, and access a £2000 CPD incentive to complete role-specific training tailored to individual requirements.About Us:Outcomes First Group is the largest independent provider of special needs education.
