JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing business development in one or more countries, regions or industries. Serves as the relationship manager for multiple complex partner relationships. Performs market analyses and business development activities to drive profitable sales volume.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
1. Explore new partnership opportunities that drive acceptance and volume growth.
2. Manage client portfolio to retain and grow existing business by exploring acceptance and volume growth.
3. Drive internal processes including development of communications, account management, approval requests, contract negotiations, compliance, and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
2. Experience in Payments, Relationship Management, or Marketing
3. In lieu of a degree, experience in Payments, Relationship Management, or Marketing
4. Technical expertise (i.e., mobile payments, vehicle commerce, SRC, payment chip technology, IoT emerging technologies) to support digital partners
5. Fluent in German - written and verbal
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
1. Primarily remain in a stationary position.
2. Occasionally move about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.
3. No requirement to transport physical objects.
4. Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
5. Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
6. Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
7. Travel up to 50% of the time.
8. No testing or assessments required to measure the ability to perform the job.
