JOB PURPOSE: The postholder will be responsible for managing and administering the recruitment process for assigned areas of the business ensuring a responsive service is provided to internal stakeholder. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage the recruitment cycle providing a professional service to both key stakeholders and candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements. Design and implement recruitment processes, programmes and tools to create an outstanding hiring experience that’s efficient. Prepare job postings and advertisements for various platforms. Assist stakeholders in screening applicants and carrying out interviews where appropriate. Provide coaching to hiring managers through the process to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to select, interview and appoint. Act as the main point of contact during the recruitment process ensuring there is clear and concise communication both internally and externally. Ensure that all new starter documentation and checks are completed/issued promptly. Manage a high-volume recruitment campaign to support VUK in the rollout of the flu vaccines in schools across the UK. Deliver best practices by creating processes and operations that deliver outstanding and consistent hiring experience. Comply with Company policies & procedures. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Conversant with Microsoft 365. An understanding of labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Working in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Juggling competing demands effectively and managing own workload and priorities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Establishing strong working relationships with colleagues and hiring manager.
