THE ROLE Allsop Consulting Ltd, in partnership with Ulster University, has established a 2-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Project and is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated NLP/AI Product Development graduate to work as a KTP Associate. You will oversee the development of an AI-powered HR automation solution that will revolutionise meeting management, providing real-time multilingual translation and automatic minuting. KTP PROJECT DESCRIPTION The KTP will focus on developing the DIVERSE HR automation platform, an intuitive solution that will offer real-time, multilingual translation for virtual meetings. It will allow users to automatically generate meeting minutes and summaries, removing the need for manual note-taking. The project will leverage skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and AI-driven automation such as RAG. The Associate should have good skills and experience in three or more of the following areas: - Knowledge and experience of using research methods, including understanding qualitative and quantitative research. - Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. - Experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technologies. - Experience with AI and Machine Learning models. - Experience with software development, particularly in AI applications.
