Parts Sales Advisor
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a long-standing client in the Chesterfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Parts Sales Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join an established team & would suit an individual with previous Sales or Administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
o Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking parts for equipment.
o Provide expert advice and product information to customers, helping them identify the parts they need.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
o Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
2. Order Management:
o Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
o Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of parts.
o Monitor and follow up on backorders and ensure customers are kept informed about their order status.
3. Inventory Management:
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels and product availability.
o Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and reorder parts as necessary.
o Identify slow-moving stock and suggest strategies to increase sales of these items.
4. Sales Support:
o Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
o Provide feedback to the Parts Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
o Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the sales team.
5. Technical Knowledge:
o Stay updated with the latest product information, technical specifications, and industry trends.
o Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
