We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Registered Manager to join an established children's home provider, committed to delivering high-quality care to children with complex behavioural needs. As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home. You will provide vital support to children who have experienced trauma, ensuring they receive the care, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive. Our homes are proud of their "Good" OFSTED ratings, and we are seeking someone with a strong leadership ethos to maintain and enhance these standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a 3-bed EBD children's home Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to staff Ensure that all care plans are personalised, and regularly reviewed for the best outcomes for each child Maintain compliance with OFSTED standards, including the planning, implementation, and reviewing of care practices Foster a positive, caring environment that supports the emotional and physical well-being of each child Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational efficiency About You: We are looking for a dynamic individual with: A minimum Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent) Progressing toward or holding a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People Previous experience in managing or deputising in an OFSTED-regulated children's home A solid understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to manage care quality standards Excellent communication and leadership skills The passion and dedication to make a real difference in children's lives What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to £55k per annum (DOE) 28 days of annual leave, including public holidays Bonuses based on performance A supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager looking to step up or an experienced Registered Manager ready for a new challenge.
