The Role:
1. Providing 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil, helping them engage with learning and reach their full potential.
2. Using tailored strategies to support emotional regulation, engagement, and social development.
3. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide consistent and structured support.
4. Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
5. Supporting the child in both classroom and outdoor learning environments, including Forest School activities.
The Ideal Candidate:

4. A passion for inclusive education and supporting children’s development.
5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking school that values its staff and provides a nurturing environment for pupils. If you are passionate about making a difference and enjoy working in an outdoor learning-focused setting, we would love to hear from you!
