Job Summary
The Membership Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our membership recruitment initiatives through data analysis and customer insights. You will assist in the development of targeted marketing strategies and execute telesales campaigns to engage potential customers. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
1. Analyse market data and trends to identify opportunities for marketing strategies.
2. Assist in the collection, interpretation, and presentation of data related to customer behaviour and market dynamics.
3. Create and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
4. Develop detailed customer profiles based on data analysis and segmentation techniques.
5. Collaborate with the membership recruitment officer to define target audiences and personas for campaigns.
6. Conduct surveys and feedback collection to refine customer profiles and enhance understanding of client needs.
7. Assist in the development and execution of targeted campaigns.
8. Monitor the performance of membership campaigns and recommend adjustments to improve results.
9. Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
10. Qualify leads and gather feedback to enhance customer profiles and inform marketing strategies.
11. Collaborate with the membership recruitment officer to follow up on leads generated from telemarketing campaigns.
12. Work in synergy with various departments including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
13. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, propose ideas, and align priorities.
Skills
1. Previous experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably with a focus on data analysis and customer engagement.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, CRM software).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
6. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
