Management Consultant - Energy Retail & Central Markets

Your Role:
You’ll bring experience in CRM and Billing in the UK’s Energy Retail Market, either as a consultant, from working within the industry client-side, or a blend of both. Crucially, you will bring an appetite to leverage your understanding and insight to help our clients.
Your Profile:
You’ll have a blend of the below experience:
* Customer -
o Operations - defining new ways of working, new processes, new operating models and organisation designs. Working with utilities mobile workforce to define solutions that meet their needs; and/or
o CX platforms and associated technologies, including CRM & Billing – identifying opportunities to exploit technology, defining solutions and integrating these with business, customer and operations; and/or
o Central Markets experience – developed by working with or for the organisations that are in scope – such as Ofgem, DESNZ, NESO, Elexon, DCC, and more.
* You will be a consultant with digital experience. Other parts of Capgemini focus on technology delivery, so we are looking for candidates that can bridge business and industry with technology, with a major focus on the former. You will bring management consulting skills:
o Client issue and problem identification and resolution
o Change programme definition and delivery
o Operational improvement and delivery
o Digital technology requirements definition and delivery
o Industry change and stakeholder management
• Experience in delivering in varying team sizes, working with multiple and varied stakeholders at different seniority levels to deliver tangible positive outcomes.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
