Job summary West Enfield Collaborative Primary Care Network has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Pharmacist to join its PCN based in North London providing high-quality care to around 40,000 patients. The PCN covers three GP sites two of which are approved training practices. We are interested in candidates who are already fully functioning Pharmacist who are looking for an opportunity to broaden their horizons, get more autonomy, and take on more clinical responsibility. Your role will require you to participate in all aspects of patient care through knowledge gained from your training. Main duties of the job Responsible for supporting the partners in implementing effective medicine management within the practice, identifying areas for improvement, and initiating and managing change.You will be working as part of an allied healthcare professional team including Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physicians Associates, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, and will be supported and supervised by a GP.
