The pharmacy service is open on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2.30pm.
About The Cromwell Hospital
The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London, receiving both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, 6 theatres, medical and surgical wards, CDU, level 2 and 3 full adult intensive care facilities, paediatrics (in/outpatients), investigative and diagnostic services, physiotherapy, a dedicated day surgery unit, and onsite pharmacy service.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
The Pharmacy Systems Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and integrity of pharmacy systems and applications that support pharmacy operations and services. You’ll work within Pharmacy and collaboratively across the hospital to provide training, technical support, and issue resolution for all users of pharmacy systems.
You will have experience working in IT support / complex IT Systems, and manage trained users of Pyxis ES, Ascribe System, and Compucare.
You’ll participate in the planning, implementation, and oversight of new installations and upgrades of pharmacy systems to include user training, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution management of systems and associated equipment.
You’ll support implementation, utilization, and maintenance of pharmacy-related clinical and charging digital systems, daily controlled drug charging reconciliation, ensure accurate maintenance of electronic drug files, develop and maintain / upgrade databases, and provide accurate reporting.
