This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment or recruitment consultant with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge to utilise their skills in a new environment!
In your new role, you would be working with an award-winning workplace rehab provider, providing exceptional support and assisting clients recover from injury, return to work, and regain their confidence and independence with the support from specialised consultants.

The Opportunity
Your new role as an Employment Consultant will see you managing a portfolio of clients who are in the job-seeking phase of their rehabilitation.
This role requires a people-oriented professional with a positive, forward-thinking caring attitude and the desire to help others secure new employment.
Within your new role you will:
1. Provide support for clients, preparing them for new employment
2. Contact prospective businesses to discuss staffing solutions & incentives for job trials/placements
3. Assist clients with resume drafting
4. Deliver job-seeking training (specific training modules)
5. Career planning, job matching
6. Develop local relationships with prospective employers
7. Provide post-placement check-in support
About You
1. 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
2. Recruitment background assisting individuals with barriers to secure new employment
3. Car and valid Driver’s license
4. Exceptional time management and attention to detail
5. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
6. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
7. Confidence over the phone and ability to strongly network with potential employers
8. Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
