Job Description
We are currently looking for a Connectivity Development Manager - EMC Services to join our team to perform the following:
1. Market Expansion and Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients in need of EMC and radio equipment regulatory compliance services.Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase the client base.
2. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
3. Strategic Planning and Business Growth:Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
4. To generate new customers and new profitable revenues in line with the UK Responsible Sales & Marketing Policy.
Qualifications
Essential
5. In depth understanding of the specific market or a similar transferrable market sector
6. Strong sales focus with a drive to succeed identifying and securing new business
7. Commercial acumen, able to establish need and create value price models against needs
8. Able to sell ‘services’ rather than ‘physical products’
9. Able to report objectively and regularly on opportunities and individual performance via CRM
10. Willingness to travel, stay away overnight as and when required, potentially internationally.
11. Significant experience in a highly technical B2B environment
12. Experience working in an environment aligned to the technical aspects of this role
13. Experience working successfully within a performance measured CRM based sales environment
14. Packaging and bundling services to ensure sales opportunities are maximised within and across direct area of responsibility
15. Sales qualification, or time served to demonstrate experience
16. Full clean driving license for use in the UK
Desirable
17. Understanding of market drivers in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector
18. Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting
19. Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence
