Job Title: Project Manager – Future Avionics Solutions

Salary: £37,548 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* You will act as the project manager support to the JAS (Joint Avionic Service) solution development as part of the TyTAN follow on bid.
* You will support the integration of JAS within the wider TyTAN follow on bid plan.
* Working with JAS enterprise partners to develop review and governance structure throughout the bid.
* You will ensure full support of the TyTAN follow on LCM process.
* Support a number of bespoke campaign activities, including but not limited to: business case development, supporting with strategy development, briefings & presentations, gathering lessons learnt & developing risk and opportunities.
* You will embed yourself within the campaign team and ensure project milestones align to that of the overarching TyTAN campaign: supporting bid reviews, milestone reviews etc.
* Working with our Support and Services function to align the TyTAN JAS solution to wider company initiatives.
Your skills and experiences:
* Demonstrable experience of project management processes and working knowledge of (LCM) Life Cycle Management.
* Experience working as part of complex bids.
* An ability to engage, influence and build relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders of all levels, internally and externally, across the business.
* Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, articulating messages clearly and concisely, and translating technical language.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable, in line with changing customer and business priorities.

The TyTAN Follow on Campaign team:
As a member of the BAE Systems TyTAN follow on campaign team, you will work closely with both JAS enterprise partners (Leonardo/BAE Rochester) and also with the TyTAN enterprise (RAF/DE&S) and will be responsible for a number of key deliverables in support of the overarching bid plan.
