Job Description: IRIS is the global market leader in guest facing technology, providing an intelligent guest experience SaaS platform and innovative applications for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day financial operations
* Manage Credit Controller and Accounts Assistant
* Month-end schedules, accruals, prepayments, and deferred revenue
* International sales ledger and credit control for >2000 accounts
* Purchase ledger, weekly supplier payment runs
* Multi-currency current accounts, instant access savings accounts, and fixed term savings accounts
* Project Backlog and MRR forecast meetings
* VAT return and HMRC queries
* EMI options scheme management and reporting
* Assist with Forecast and Budget cycle
* Present department results to the weekly leadership meeting
* Support CFO with Board presentations
* Financial Analysis and ad hoc reporting
Requirements:
* 3+ years post-qualified experience (CIMA, ACCA etc)
* Prior experience in a high growth SAAS company
* Experience with Finance reports
* Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Experience with CRM system (Monday.com useful but not essential)
* Analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn new applications quickly
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
* Experience and character to anticipate, understand, investigate, and resolve accounts and team issues
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Xero experience useful but not essential
