Ob description Training Administrator WB Power Services is currently recruiting a Training Administrator within the HR team. WB Power Services is a leading generator specialist that provides solutions, maintenance, sales and hires to customers across the UK. We provide works for the permanent and temporary installation of generators to power clients such as the NHS, water authorities and critical data centres. The Role Control of the training portal for the whole company including input of new starter information. Undertake any clearance/security checks when necessary. Delegate for HR Manager where required. Running monthly reports of training due to expire at least 3 months in advance, gaining quotes for re-training to take place. Getting spend authorised and then booking the training. Liaising with planners to ensure employees attend. Capturing training recoupment letters and updating the portal and correct folders, once completed and certificates are uploaded. Control of all cards/qualifications required for access to sites - ECS/CSCS/EUSR etc. which are business Critical ensuring refreshers are completed prior to expiry dates. Booking of adhoc training where required ensuring training recoupments letters are completed. Any HR administration which may be required. The person: Ideally 2 years or more in a HR admin environment. Possess fantastic organisation skills. Be a natural communicator and at ease with all mediums such as verbal, email, letter etc. Computer literacy is a must - we use Microsoft office of familiarity with these packages is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Able to work on own initiative.
