Job responsibilities The must haves for this role: Ensures that the service is meeting business and performance requirements of the Organisation in-line with service specification, contract and CQUIN. Plan, organise and deliver regular staff meetings to share information pathways within the service and wider organisation in a robust timely manner. e.g. Team brief, CAS alerts, and feedback from senior management meeting Investigate complaints and incidents, including Serious Incidents requiring investigation, safeguarding and clinical issues. Identify the Root Causes, make recommendations for improvement and disseminate learning to staff, adding areas of concern to the risk register.
