My Client is looking for a Controls Engineer with experience in designing manufacturing engineering systems.

Responsibilities
* Detailed design of control/electrical systems including selection of equipment, generation of schematics, cable schedules & electrical calculations.
* Electrical control panel layout/design.
* AutoCAD and possibly Solid Works as a design/drafting tool.
* Selection and configuration of process instrumentation, sensors, weighing systems, etc.
* Development and programming various manufacturers' PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
* Produce project-related documentation using various IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
* Direct involvement in control panel design, build, and testing.
* On-site commissioning of Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation systems.
* Involvement in the budgeting and estimation process.
* Assist in the CE Marking assessment using Laidler/Sistema Software and produce supporting documentation.
* Functional Safety system design to include interlocks/guarding/trip systems.
* Design of systems compliant with ATEX Regulations – COMPEX certified.
