This position is tasked with leading the EMEA Inside Channel Account Management (ICAM) team. The role involves collaborating with EMEA Sales Leadership to further develop the ICAM function and ensure alignment across the region. The individual in this role will be responsible for devising a sales growth strategy for the ICAM team to achieve business objectives.
This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days office attendance.
Responsibilities:
* Enhance the ICAM infrastructure and strategically drive its growth to bolster overall business objectives. This growth target is based on a defined list of partners focusing on growing net new business.
* Formulate the ICAM business plan and implement sales strategies that align with broader Sales and Company goals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the ICAM team.
* Actively track progress against the sales plan and foster engagement with key accounts of the partners managed by the ICAM team.
* Identify target markets and accounts/resellers, ensuring the team devises optimal strategies to secure and expand this business into new areas.
* Guarantee that sales quotas and regional objectives are met for assigned partners, products, and solutions.
* Cultivate a strong partnership with the Field Sales organization by developing plans that advance sales initiatives and revenue objectives.
* Collaborate with various departments, including Product Management, Services, Marketing, Quality, and Field Sales, to ensure coordinated activities, meet support requirements, and effectively communicate programs, products, and solutions to Zebra customers.
* Establish and implement reporting systems to monitor group and individual performance.
* Manage the department budget in accordance with company guidelines. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years proven channel/indirect sales experience.
* Strong track record in management and leadership, particularly with an internal sales team.
* Demonstrated expertise in sales development and training.
* Ability to forecast and drive revenue results.
* Experience in a multi-channel B2B sales environment.
* Proven ability to build and expand the capabilities of an ICAM function.
* Solid understanding of supplies-based selling or similar product categories.
* Previous experience in a multinational company.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to implement plans that drive business growth beyond the status quo.
* Capability to achieve results through others, with a demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and support colleagues towards success.
* Proficient in English; additional language skills are highly advantageous.
* Ability to attend office 3-4 days a week.
