As Customer Executive /Junior National Account Manager for an established, multi-site food manufacturer you will report directly into the Senior National Account Manager. This role is a homebased position.
The group is one of the UK’s leading food companies who produce high quality products covering a range of categories for well-known brands and private label products. They trade with businesses across retail, B2B, discounter, export, and foodservice channels so this is a great opportunity to join a business where you can learn, develop, and progress your career with exposure to quality products with quality customers.
In this high-profile role you’ll oversee own private label products and manage the day-to-day trading of the M&S account. You’ll be building relationships, forecasting, project managing, preparing tenders, and offering the best customer service.
You’ll be working within a supportive team where you’ll receive guidance and encouragement. You’ll have a wealth of category data at your disposal and will be supported by the Category, NPD, Marketing, Demand Planners, Commercial, Finance, and Supply chain teams.
You’ll need to have worked for a food manufacturer supplying Marks and Spencer in a previous role such as an Account Executive or Customer Service etc. to be considered.
You’ll also need commercial experience, enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally and have strong account management skills with an emphasis on cross-functional working and project management.
