About the Role:
In this key position, you'll be at the heart of our mission to engage with the business community, develop commercial opportunities, and deliver seamless events. From conferences and business meetings to sports bookings and residential camps, you'll take charge of ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your role will include leading sales campaigns, fostering client relationships, and supporting the execution of events that leave lasting impressions.

What You’ll Do:
• Achieve sales targets with creativity and determination, while collaborating with our marketing team on eye-catching campaigns.
• Take personal ownership of expanding our term-time business and exploring new opportunities to grow our services.
• Represent Sparsholt College Group at business exhibitions and networking events to attract new clients and partnerships.
• Manage the booking process with precision, maintaining strong client communication from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Oversee the seamless coordination of resources, including catering and equipment, to deliver exceptional events.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in hospitality, events management, or sales/customer service roles.
• Sales expertise, combined with excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to meet targets and work independently.
• IT literacy and a flexible mindset to adapt to changing business needs
Desirable Extras:
• A Level 4 qualification in Events Management, Hotel and Catering, or a related field
• Marketing experience to help drive innovative sales strategies.
