We are delighted to be working with a really interesting North East organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner for a period of 6 months, commencing in January 2025. As HR Business Partner you will report to the Head of People and Culture, working with the HR team and an exciting time of evolution and transformation. This is a full generalist remit across HR service delivery, Employee Relations, Culture, Engagement and Performance, ED&I, Reward and Recognition, Wellbeing, and working with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to enable the shaping and delivery of organisational strategy through people. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in an upcoming change project, and experience of TUPE and harmonisation is essential, ideally in a unionised environment. This is will be a busy, interesting contract, supporting a brilliant HR leader and their team.
