We’re a passionate, fast-paced team that values collaboration and growth and we’re excited to expand with a dedicated Sales Consultant to help us mobilise an outbound sales function and connect us with even more clients across a variety of industries.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving Synapx’s growth by building targeted client relationships, coordinating sales events, and consistently delivering against sales targets.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience: 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in outbound sales or a similar role, with a track record of delivering on sales targets.
* LinkedIn Navigator: Experience in planning or coordinating campaigns for lead generation purposes.
* Networking Skills: Strong skills in targeted networking, particularly in managing and executing email outreach campaigns and telesales.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and IT Basics: Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI will be advantageous.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and articulate communicator who can effectively convey the value of Synapx solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Outbound Sales Activities: Leverage your sales experience to identify, reach and engage potential clients through targeted networking, including cold and warm email outreach and telesales.
* Daily Lead Generation: Develop, execute, and coordinate sales meetings to drive new leads and grow our client base and track these on our CRM tool.
* Ongoing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and solutions teams to align on strategies, share insights from client interactions, and contribute to overall sales and marketing goals.

Renumeration and Package:
£30-£35k Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits including Private Healthcare (3 Days in the London office per week)
