Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st & 2nd line, remote and deskside support to all users. Deploy laptops and PCs. Manage Active Directory, legal applications, and IP Telephony systems. Play a key role in implementing and configuring a new ITSM solution. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Assist in delivering IT projects. Help users maximize their application usage through training and desk visits. Deliver a first-class customer service and contribute to service delivery improvement Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft systems administration, including MS Windows, Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RDS, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, and Office 365 tools. Advanced Word and Excel expertise. Experience with mobile device management (e.g., Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, Google Play). Knowledge of desktop and server hardware. Familiarity with ITSM tools. Experience with security solutions like anti-malware, firewalls, and DNS/email security. Cyber Essentials awareness. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. UK driving license and own transport.
