This role is full time, permanent and based in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities Forward planning & proactive management of calendars across multiple time zones for Head of PMA and Head of Business Operations in Glasgow Full ownership of busy diaries - make appointments for internal and client meetings and arrange meeting rooms to suit Senior team diary support when required Arrange complex travel and itineraries both domestic and global using the companies online travel assistant Management and distribution of team correspondence Assist with processing department financial data for budgets, and generating various financial queries and reports, where appropriate. Effective fulfilment of Invoice pool including resolution of issues and queries and proactive management of payments Document preparation for to support senior PMA team (powerpoint, word, excel) Complete expense reports and reconciliation of receipts Front of House and client area support Organise team events Any ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
