What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be working primarily with the Geodesys and digdat brands. Our Customer Service team is responsible for creating the Anglian Water CON29DW (water and drainage search) through a number of admin tasks.
You will be on the phone ready to answer customer queries related to the searches you are producing. You will liaise with third-party suppliers to deliver our extensive suite of searches as efficiently as possible. Our aim is to provide a remarkable level of service to every customer, each and every time they interact with us.
This role involves working proactively and being commercially minded as you will be working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.
What do you need?
You'll need to be ambitious with ideally experience in Customer Service, with the ability to multi-task and appreciate the challenge of problem solving and taking ownership of resolving customer queries.
Ideally, you will be computer literate and comfortable with learning new systems, with a thirst to have a positive impact on your team by continuously providing input to improve processes.
