The Best Connection are delighted to recruit for various Factory Operative roles for our client, a company based in Worthing, who take pride in crafting high-caliber products and are a leading manufacturer in their field. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform spray painting on components to ensure a high-quality finish.
* Assemble various parts with precision and attention to detail.
* Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure that all products meet high standards.
* Assist with general factory duties, including inventory management and housekeeping.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory role, preferably in spray painting and assembly.
* Must have a good level of physical fitness, able to stand on long periods of time and lift up to 20kg
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm on days / Monday to Thursday 10.45pm to 6am and Friday 7.45pm to 6am on nights
30 minutes unpaid break
Pay rate: £12.00 per hour on days / £13.00 per hour on nights
