Job summary We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Single Point of Access (SPA) Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient patient care by managing all service referrals. This includes receiving electronic referrals and guiding them through complex patient care pathways. You'll collaborate closely with our clinical and senior management teams to deliver a truly patient-focused and responsive service. Navigating complex patient care pathways to ensure timely and appropriate access to services. Working collaboratively with clinical and senior management teams to optimise patient care. Ensuring our services are perceived as caring, patient-focused, efficient, and effective by patients, service users, the public, and colleagues. Developing, coordinating, and overseeing top-tier administrative support. Maintaining our administrative systems to effectively support the patient/service user journey. Providing administrative support to managers and clinicians. Ensuring accurate and timely data reporting on service performance.
