Base Location: UK For client: Fintech Global Leader ANKH ID: 200 As a dynamic and experienced regional professional services leader, you are expected to oversee the seamless implementation and deployment of our client’s Core Banking Solution across the region. This role places you at the forefront of a strategic evolution in Professional Services, supporting financial institutions in their transition from traditional on-premise infrastructures to agile, cloud-based SaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Delivery Lead the successful execution of our client’s Core Banking projects across the region as well as handling migrations and system upgrades for existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery, high standards of quality, and alignment with customer expectations. Collaborate with Project Management Office and Center of Excellence to allocate resources effectively and support high-quality project execution. Oversee and guide partner resources on projects, ensuring adherence to performance standards and operational excellence. Sales & Contractual Engagement Partner closely with sales and pre-sales teams to scope professional services components, prepare detailed project agreements and scope outlines, and facilitate contractual negotiations with customers and legal teams. Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead a team of Functional and Technical Consultants, ensuring alignment with regional and segment expertise. Lead initiatives for consultant professional development, enhancing technical and industry expertise to maximize client value. Develop a strong talent pipeline by identifying, mentoring, and hiring top-tier professionals who can drive impactful change. Financial & Performance Management Drive financial performance by managing revenue forecasts, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring efficient backlog execution. Customer Engagement & Risk Management Serve as the primary escalation point for regional customer concerns, identifying and mitigating project risks quickly. Foster a proactive customer engagement strategy to enhance client satisfaction and build strong references. Cross-Functional Alignment & Continuous Improvement Facilitate communication between Product and Services, ensuring alignment between customer commitments, product roadmaps, and release schedules. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, refining delivery frameworks, governance models, and cross-functional collaboration with Cloud IT, Product, and Support teams. Required Experience & Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in professional or managed services Deep expertise in SaaS and cloud-based software implementations as an executive within financial services. Solid understanding of core banking solutions and enterprise financial software. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across internal teams, clients, and external partners. Commercial mindset with proficiency in project scoping, cost optimization, and resource planning. Comprehensive knowledge of technical, functional, and project management disciplines. Structured and programmatic approach to execution, ensuring efficiency and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Fluency in English Willingness to travel
