Base salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + commission (OTE £60 - £65K)
Location: Office based in Leicester

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
Job Details
1. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives.
2. Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
3. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements.
4. Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
5. Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies.
6. Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members.
Requirements
1. Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position.
2. Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets.
3. Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
6. Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships.
